Welcome to 30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World 2025

When the apostle Paul was locked up in Rome, he wrote a letter to Timothy from prison. He does not plead that the saints intercede for his release. Instead, intimacy with both Jesus and the Scriptures fill him with confidence, even in the loss of his personal freedom.

“The Word of God is not bound!” declares 2 Timothy 2:9.

This year, 30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World tells the stories of Muslims who have been impacted by the Christian scriptures. Many of the stories are testimonies of those who have had a personal encounter with Jesus in their reading of the Bible and trusted Him for salvation. Others are still considering His claims. The stories will show that the Word of God is not bound to specific geographical locations. Nor is it bound to a specific format; the Word of God leaps from pages, speaks through mobile phones and audio players, declares itself boldly on social media, is glimpsed in art and even appears as Jesus Himself.

Each story is set in the context of a specific Muslim community that needs your prayers. We trust that this prayer guide will inspire you to pray throughout these 30 days that Muslims will encounter the Jesus of Scripture, the spiritual power of the gospel (Rom. 1:16), and the effective work of the Word of God (Heb. 4:12).
